First Arts Organization in the Country with LEED Gold Headquarters
It’s official! Atlanta Ballet’s new, “green” headquarters – the Michael C. Carlos Dance Centre &#8211; has received LEED Gold certification, the second highest rating awarded for sustainable building construction. The Centre will grand open with a weekend of festivities August 14.
LEED stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design and is the internationally recognized stamp of approval from the U.S. Green Building Council.
