Earth Day 2009 Leadership Breakfast
For the EarthShare Georgia Earth Day 2009 Leadership Breakfast, business and non-profit leaders from metro-Atlanta will gather to celebrate innovations in sustainable business practices. Now in its seventh year, the event will be held at the Georgia Aquarium, the world’s largest aquarium, with eight million gallons of fresh and marine water and more aquatic life than found in any other aquarium. Enjoy a view of the Beluga Whales and Whale Sharks, as you breakfast on Wolfgang Puck Catering.
The 2009 keynote speaker will be the new President of Kaiser Permanente, Peter Andruszkiewicz. Mr. Andruskiewicz will speak on the important connection between the environment and health. Past keynote speakers have included Jim Kennedy, CEO of Cox Enterprises, Inc., Governor Sonny Perdue, polar explorer, Robert Swan, oceanographer and environmentalist Jean Michelle-Cousteau, The Conservation Fund president and CEO, Larry Selzer and Charles Jordan, Chairman of the Board of The Conservation Fund.
