BULKY TRASH & RECYCLING DAY Johns Creek June 27

Large items accepted for recycling and reuse. The City of Johns Creek & Keep Johns Creek Beautiful invite residents of Johns Creek to a Bulky Trash & Recycling Day.    Click here to download the flyer.

Saturday, June 27, from 9:00AM to 2:00PM

Large items not normally picked up by trash collection services can be brought to:

Medlock Bridge Shopping Center
6000 Medlock Bridge Parkway
Johns Creek, GA  30022

There will be no charge to dispose of these large items, with the exception of a $10 fee for televisions or computer monitors, and $25 for projection TV’s.
Most items will either be recycled or donated to charities.

Some of the items that will be accepted are:

  • Furniture–Tables, Sofas, Chairs, Mattresses
  • Appliances—Refrigerators, Washers, Dryers
  • Computers & Accessories
  • Televisions
  • Cell Phones
  • Bicycles
  • Carpets & rugs
  • Metal items such as grills, furniture, etc.   (Note:  Please remove gas and oil from lawn mowers and other items containing fluids)

The following items will NOT be accepted:

  • Paint
  • Household Hazardous Waste
  • Any Fluids Including Motor Oil and Anti-Freeze
  • Construction and Demolition Materials
  • Yard Debris
  • Household Trash
  • Tires

Materials will only be accepted on the designated day of the event between 9:00AM and 2:00PM.  Expect delays and plan to arrive well before 2:00PM.
