What Does it MEAN to be GREEN in Wine? (4 seats open)
Thursday, February 18th, 2010
7:00pm @ AWS Wine Room in Roswell

The Atlanta Wine School has put a lot into this course. No other session exists which will help you understand Organics/Biodynamics/Sustainable agriculture versus Conventional. You’ll taste purely organic wines, some at least $50/bottle. You’ll understand the role of sulfites, who suffers from them, and how they are regulated. You’ll understand how grape-growing is LEADING the agriculture movement, and how winemaking is a leader in being GREEN in its business practices. You can’t read a single book to capture all of this info. >>> More Info/Register
