Disney Radio

Do you know a kid who is giving back to his or her community in a way that makes the environment better for the future? Nominate that girl or boy today to join Radio Disney’s Team Green!

Team Green winners receive:

  • a phone call from a Radio Disney DJ
  • a special recognition certificate
  • a $1,000 check given on their behalf to a charity

Each calendar month, Radio Disney holds a monthly contest to recognize a child of 14 or younger for a deed performed in the past 12 months (including a charitable, scientific, educational, artistic, literary or civic achievement) that benefited the environment. A child may not nominate himself or herself for the contest, but anyone else may (parent, teacher, sibling, etc.). The nominator may only enter a child in the contest online as a registered Disney.com guest.

To nominate a child, go to www.RadioDisney.com and enter the following: (1) nominator’s user name and password; (2) the full name, address, phone number and age of contestant; (3) a description of the deed performed to benefit the environment (in 50 words or less); (4) the full name, address and day and night phone numbers of the nominator and (5) the nominator’s relationship/connection to the contestant
